Issue
User registration process on the customer's site fails, with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" exception in logs.
Cause
Customer was using custom registration fields and had dropped username from the registration fields mentioned in Persona-bar > Settings > Security > Member Accounts > Registration Settings > Registration fields (this is only visible when registration type is set to custom).
This was causing the error.
Solution
Add username to registration fields.
