Overview

A user running version 9.6 of Evoq is trying to activate/renew their Evoq license, but is unable to do so since the Settings > About menu is not loading and stays blank.

Solution

This is a known problem in the 9.6 version since the identifier for the Persona Bar menu was modified during the upgrade process. In order to resolve this, one would need to follow the steps in the Upgrading to Evoq 9.6.x breaks Persona Bar menus article to set the right values.

Once the identifier has been updated and the menu loads as intended, proceed with activating your license Automatically or Manually.
