When filtering content items, you may want to display only the unchecked multiple choice content item on a page or a visualizer. If you would like to filter items with Multiple Choice box with Yes unchecked, in this case, there would be nothing selected and the value is either null or empty.
It is not possible for DNN to filter content items using an empty value of a field such as an unchecked multiple choice item. Hence, we highly recommend you to create a second option with a value that could be used to filter the content items as required.
Once the second option is available you should be able to filter your content items using the value below in your URL filtering field where contentTags are the tags you've selected for your :
any of featured equals "No" and any of contentTags equals "advisory"
