Overview
Some customers may want to manage (add/delete/edit) the content templates. This article provides information on how to manage HTML Content Templates.
Requirements
Read/Write permissions to site root folder
Resolution
- The HTML Content Templates can be accessed by editing the content of the HTML Pro Module. This is done by simply clicking on the text > Advanced Editor > Templates icon (next to the print icon). Refer to the attachments below.
- It is not possible to manage these content templates via DNN UI. However, there are Content Templates related files in the site root folder which can be found in
\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\DNNConnect.CKE\js\ckeditor\4.5.3\plugins\templates. - In this directory, there is also another templates folder where the
default.jsfile is located. The file will load templates that are available depending on your desired configuration.
