Solution
There is an exception that occurs while using the Digital Asset Module to access a folder using GetSubFolders
.
You may see the following in the logs:
POST http://website.com/DesktopModules/DigitalAssets/API/ContentService/GetSubFolders
500 Internal Server Error 319ms
"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://website.com/DesktopModules/DigitalAssets/API/ContentService/GetSubFolders"
GetSubFolders
This a bug that was found in Evoq 8.2 and has been resolved in Evoq 8.3. To fix this error, you need to upgrade your environment to Evoq 8.3 or the latest version of Evoq. You can download the installation packages from the DNN Download site.
