Entering Multiple Email Addresses in Form Notifications

Overview

Adding multiple email addresses in the Send Notifications to section is not allowed in the Notifications tab of the form builder, so you will not be able to receive self-notifications by adding multiple email addresses in this section.

This article describes the process of adding multiple email addresses in the Notifications tab of the form builder.

Process

1. Navigate to the Persona Bar > Content > Forms.

2. Click the ellipses for the form you want to edit and click Edit.

3. Select the Configuration tab.

4. In the Notifications tab:

   • Ensure the Receive Self Notifications option is set to On.
   • Add one email address in the Send Notifications to section. (You cannot add more than one email address in this section.)
   • You can add multiple email addresses to the CC section.
