Overview

While changing your password, when you use special characters (such as _, -, etc.) in your new password, it may not be accepted due to the site's password complexity requirements.

Diagnosis

You may receive the following error:

Your new password was not accepted for security reasons. Please enter a password that you haven't used before and is long and complex enough to meet the site's password complexity requirements.

Solution

The error that occurs when you use special characters while changing your password has been resolved in Evoq 9.4.4.

To resolve the issue, download the latest software upgrade package and upgrade your environment to the latest version.
