When reviewing the Site Settings for a specific portal, incorrect site information may be displayed. Trying to change the portal settings to a different portal will always display the previous portal's settings.
- Access to a SuperUser account.
- Have an Evoq 9.3 installation.
The issue can be reproduced by having more than one portal in your environment:
- Login as a Superuser.
- Access Manage > Sites > Access the Site Settings for a specific portal other than the one you're currently on.
You should be displayed the current Portal's Site Settings and not the portal you've selected.
This issue has been resolved in the 9.4.1 version. Hence, you will need to upgrade to 9.4.1 or a newer version.
You can test that this functionality has been resolved by following the Diagnosis steps above. The selected Portal should display the selected Site Settings consistently.
