During the course of troubleshooting platform or licensing issues with a DNN instance, support will likely need the details of the current version you are running as well as information on the active license tied to your account.
Requirements: Admin access to the DNN instance
1. Log in to your DNN instance with admin credentials.
2. In the Persona Bar, hover over the DNN/Evoq icon at the top. This will open a menu with the platform version information.
3. Go to Persona Bar > Settings > About. This area will have the license details.
