The Zendesk connector integration with DNN fails, prompting error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", without further details.
Zendesk has started supporting only TLS 1.2 and above, since June 2018. This resulted in broken ZD/DNN integration on the Zendesk Tickets Module used on EVOQ devices. Hence, the solution documented in the article Forcing DNN to use TLS 1.2 for outbound connections is required to reinstate the integration, replacing the attached DLL in the installation.
