Content Item not accepting an Arabic URL

Issue

A Content Item based on Website URL is not accepting an Arabic URL, appearing just an empty content. 

Diagnostics

URLs get encoded when copy-pasted from a browser. For example, if the following full URL is copied from this Wikipedia page  ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/الصفحة_الرئيسية : 

Then the Arabic section will be encoded to ASCII codification and, depending on the client machine and browser settings, it may appear as an empty content:

Resolution

In order to avoid getting the full URL encoded:

1. Carefully copy the Domain and the path without including the protocol section. 
    
   
   
2. Paste the address in the field. 
   

This procedure ensures the address is copied as a regular text, avoiding it becoming encoded when pasted in the Content Item page.
