Ampersands and special symbols do not display correctly

Issue

A site on version 9.1.1 or earlier of DNN displays special symbols incorrectly. For example, the site displays "ANDSIGNamp;" where "&" should be.

Root Cause

This is a known bug in DNN 9.1.0 and 9.1.1.

Resolution

Please upgrade to version 9.2 or a later version.
