Error: The license details provided do not match a valid license

Error: The user is trying to apply a new license but receives the error message below.

Workaround/Fix:

1. Obtain the edition of the application by hovering over the Evoq logo.

2. Validate, the license that is given the error is intended to be used on the obtained edition.

3. Verify that there are no leading/trailing spaces when entering the e-mail address or the invoice number.

4. Validate the Invoice and Account E-mail addresses are the correct ones.
