Overview
You are trying to manually activate your Evoq license, but encounter the following error during the process: "RequestInvalid"
Solution
The "RequestInvalid" error message generally appears when you have leading/trailing spaces or extra characters in the area where the server ID is pasted. Note that the application will consider any character in that area including spaces as part of the license code.
You can resolve this issue by ensuring you remove any extra space/newline characters when copying the server ID (step 5.d from the Activating License Manually article).
