Managing a Host Password

Overview

You can reset the host password in three ways:

  • You can change the password for the user. The initial password you assign must obey the password rules configured for the site (e.g., minimum length).

  • You can force the user to change their password at the next login (this action cannot be undone).

  • You can send the user a password reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours.

This article provides the steps to manage a host password.
