Overview
Site admins may need to create pages similar to existing ones. One way of accomplishing this task is by, duplicating a similar page and editing it as needed.
This article shares the process for site admins to copy pages using the Duplicate Page feature.
Prerequisites
- Access to a SuperUser Account or an Administrator account.
Solution
Follow these steps to duplicate an existing page:
- Go to Persona Bar > Content > Pages.
- Click the three-dot ellipsis icon for the page.
- Click Duplicate Page.
- Modify the settings of the new page (Step 3) as needed.
Testing
- Go to Persona Bar > Content > Pages.
- The duplicated page shows in the navigation window on the left.
