Restoring Deleted Users from the Recycle Bin

Environment

• Evoq Content
• Evoq Engage

Process

1. In the Persona Bar, navigate to Content > Recycle Bin.
   
   

2. Go to the Users tab.
   
   

3. Restore one or more users.

• To restore a single user:

  1. Hover over the user to restore.

  2. Click the Restore () icon for that user.

  
  

• To restore multiple users:

  1. Check the boxes for the users you want to restore.

  2. Click the Restore button.

     
     

  Note: Checking the USERNAME box will select all the users in the list.

4. Click Confirm.
