Purging a Deleted Host (Super User) Account

Prerequisites

 

You need an administrator account for the site to be able to perform the steps outlined in this article. Administrators have full permissions to the specific site.

 


Process

 

Important: Confirm that the account is no longer needed before permanently deleting it.

 

  1. In the Persona Bar, navigate to Manage > Users.

  2. Search for the host account you want to purge.

    1. Click the Show dropdown menu.

    2. Select Superusers to filter the results to display only the host accounts.

    3. Browse the list for the host account.

  3. Purge the host account.

    1. Click the Options (ellipsis) icon for the host account you want to purge.

    2. Select Remove User Permanently.
