Overview

Reindexing your content can become necessary if site search results are incorrect or incomplete. If this fix does not resolve the issue, a full search reindex may be necessary.

Note: Compressing indexes or reindexing are CPU-intensive processes and should be run during off-peak hours.

Prerequisites

Access to an Administrator or Super User account.

Steps

Go to Persona Bar > Settings > Site Settings.

Go to the Search tab, and then the Basic Settings subtab.
Click/Tap Reindex Content.
Click/Tap Reindex Host Content.
