Evoq Basic

• Evoq is now built on .NET Framework 4.8 and Visual Studio 2022, aligning with DNN Platform 10 requirements.
• Fixed: Persona Bar sidebar was not visible to non-admin users in Evoq scenario roles (Content Editor, Content Manager) after upgrade.
• Fixed: Persona Bar Pages panel returned an HTTP 500 because the page management controller was not registered in the DI container.
• Fixed: reflected XSS via unencoded Request.RawUrl in login redirects (CVE-2025-59821).
• Fixed: Journal content was double HTML-encoded in some surfaces.
• Fixed: new portals could not be created in some configurations.
• Fixed: normal users could not exit edit mode in some scenarios.
• Fixed: popups would not work on certain pages.
• Fixed: ServiceRequestScopeModule was missing from the default web.config.
• Fixed: Html module migration to Content Workflow failed on sites that had existing workflow actions rows.
• Improved: search permission checks are cached per-request and bulk-evaluated, reducing redundant permission lookups on large result sets.
